SHIPPING

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. So please, keep in mind the shipping times stated above and make sure you are putting the correct address at checkout.

If an item is returned back to the sender due to the customer inputting an incomplete address, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it sent back to you with the correct address.

Please note, we are not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process to avoid any possible mistakes when it comes time to ship your package.

PREORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled in the description as a PREORDER, ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions for the PREORDER before they complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via email. After purchasing a PREORDERED item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the PREORDER duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, we suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @__blessup where we will post updates every week on the progress of your PREORDER. All emails about order progress will not be answered until the bulk order for that desired product is completed and shipped to each of the customers.

PREORDER UPDATE POLICY

At Blessup, we value transparency and communication with our customers. As a small business, we understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding pre-orders for our products. To ensure you stay informed and updated on the status of your order, we have established the following pre-order update policy:

• Regular Updates: We are committed to keeping you informed about the progress of your pre-order. Every week, we will provide updates regarding the status of your order through our Instagram account: @__blessup.
• Order Fulfillment Timeline: Given the volume of orders and our status as a small business, please expect orders to be shipped out within 4-5 weeks (excluding weekends) from the date of your order placement. We are working tirelessly to expedite the process while maintaining our commitment to quality.
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status and plan for its arrival accordingly.
• Customer Support: Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at blessupcloth@gmail.com. Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you and address any inquiries you may have.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are international, a duties fee may be asked for upon delivery, please be aware. We are NOT responsible for covering duties and customs fees.
